Texas Water Foundation was proud to honor Rep. Cody Harris as the 2025 Rainmaker of the Year

Each year, Texas Water Foundation acknowledges leaders who have made exceptional contributions and long-lasting impact to water in Texas at the Texas Rainmaker Awards Dinner.

On September 30, 2025, 300 water champions gathered at the Bullock Texas State History Museum in celebration of the Rainmaker of the Year, Representative Cody Harris for his work on House Joint Resolution 7 and the opportunity for dedicated and continuous funding for Texas water infrastructure. 

We hope to see all of our water champions again at Rainmaker 2026.
